Membership Fees

We have a number of membership categories from a social membership through to a full playing membership. Our full annual subscription fee runs from 1 July 2023 through to 30 June 2024. If joining after July 1, our annual subscription fee will be pro rata for the remainder of the year.

MVGC New Member Form 2023-24

Full Playing Member – $1,475 inc. $100 House Card 

• Unlimited golfing rights 7 days a week
• Full access to all competitions
• Competition fees as per Board-approved pricing
• Golf Australia (GA) Handicap & Affiliation/Insurances
• Member discount on Clubhouse purchases (on presentation of Member Card)

6 Day Playing Member – $1,245 inc. $100 House Card 

• Golfing rights Sunday to Friday only
• Full access to competitions (other than Saturdays)
• Competition fees as per Board-approved pricing
• GA Handicap & Affiliation/Insurances
• Member discount on purchases (on presentation of Member Card)

Progressive Memberships – $445 through to $1,130 inc. $100 House Card 

• As per Full Playing Membership in all respects, other than membership fees.
• Discounts to full playing membership fees based on member age at the time of joining or renewal (1 July of each membership year) as follows: 
• Intermediate (18-21 years old) = 75% of full playing (plus House Card)
• Progressive (21-30 years old) = 50% of full playing (plus House Card)
• Progressive (31-40 years old) = 25% of full playing (plus House Card)

Lifestyle Member – $790 inc. $100 House Card 

• Available to new members only as a flexible one-year pathway to Full Playing Membership
• Includes initial entitlement to 16 rounds of competition or social golf
• Additional block of 8 rounds can be purchased for $395
• Competition and social golf booking will be restricted where round entitlements expire.
• A category upgrade to Full Playing Member is available at any time during the year (value of Lifestyle membership + blocks credited) 
• Competition fees as per Board-approved pricing
• GA Handicap & Affiliation/Insurances
• Member discount on purchases (on presentation of Member Card)
• No monthly direct debit payment option available

Social Golfing Member – $675 inc. $100 House Card 

• For social golfers seeking to try golf for the first time
• Not eligible to play in competitions
• No access to course during designated Club competitions.
• No GA Handicap or Affiliation (and cannot be a member of another club)
• Member discount on purchases (on presentation of Member Card)

Junior Member (with GA Handicap) – $100 

• Open to members 8-18 years old
• Unlimited golfing rights 7 days a week
• Full access to all competitions
• $5 competition fee (excludes Pro Am and Board designated special events)
• GA Handicap & Affiliation/Insurances
• Member discount on Clubhouse purchases (on presentation of Member Card)

Junior Member (no GA Handicap) – $30

• Open to members 8-18 years old
• Unlimited golfing rights 7 days a week
• No access to competitions
• No GA Handicap & Affiliation
• Member discount on Clubhouse purchases (on presentation of Member Card)

Non-Resident Member – $1,064 inc. $100 House Card 

• Must live at least 80kms from Moss Vale Golf Club, and hold a current GA handicap from another Club
• Unlimited golfing rights 7 days a week
• Full access to all competitions
• Competition fees as per Board-approved pricing
• Affiliation/Insurances
• Member discount on Clubhouse purchases (on presentation of Member Card)

Social House Member – $30 

• Member discount on Clubhouse purchases (on presentation of Member Card)
