On 27th February 1904 it was decided, “that a new links be formed
at a convenient place inside the township…a portion of the Throsby estate not
far from the Royal Hotel in Moss Vale. |

The first Club House was opened in 10th June and approval of
Liquor License granted |

Moss Vale Golf Links Ltd is floated as a company with an initial £2400 (240
shares of £10 pounds each) |

Second Club House opens and known as Shipley’s Cottage |

Golf in Australia Cup first played at Moss Vale Golf Club |

The Dormie House is constructed on Moss Vale Golf Course |

The Dormie House opens for guests |

Moss Vale Golf Club Ltd sells Dormie House due to tough economic
times. |

The Clubs buys back Dormie House for the sum of $20,000. |

Construction commences on existing Clubhouse |

Present Club House opens, funded largely due to the success of Dormie
